The weeks and months following the death of a loved one are a difficult and emotional time. During this time, legal issues may arise regarding asset distribution and the rights of heirs or next-of-kin.

Our attorneys have successfully saved our clients thousands of dollars with tax reductions and refunds. We are recognized by local assessors and county tax boards as being knowledgeable in this area of the law. We can help take the sting out of your property taxes so you are paying only your fair share.
